Do I need to keep paying to maintain the membership for continued commercial use?

No. Membership is only needed when creating voice files, and it is not required after creation. If you use Basic membership or higher, the files can be used commercially permanently.
When are characters deducted?

Characters are deducted when you generate a voice, not when you download it. Each time you click the 'Generate Voice' button, the characters for that request are deducted.
What is the billing cycle for subscriptions?

Rebilling occurs 1 month after the initial payment (1 year for annual subscriptions). You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Do unused characters roll over?

Unused characters do not roll over to the next month (based on the billing date). Characters are reset on the billing date each month.
What should I do if I run out of characters before the end of the month and want to generate more voices?

You can purchase additional characters in units of 5,000 from [Payment Info], or you can repurchase a membership to generate more voices for another month.
Can I get an electronic tax invoice?

Can I get a quote?

Yes, you can download it directly. Please click the [View Quote] button at the bottom of the membership fee description.
Can I use the service for just one day without a subscription?

The minimum usage period is 1 month (one-time payment). After purchasing the desired membership, you can cancel the subscription in [My Info] - [Payment Info] to use it for just 1 month.
Where can I check my receipt?

Receipts are sent to the email address you registered with at the time of payment.
What does 'Use of Storage' mean?
▼
The storage feature allows you to temporarily store generated voices. You can adjust the order of multiple files (drag and drop) and download them as a single file. It is also used to easily compare generated voices.
I didn't want to pay for this month but the payment has already been made. Can I get a refund?

Yes, if you haven't used any characters. Please click the chat icon at the bottom right and follow these steps: [Contact Us] ⇒ [Payment Inquiry] ⇒ [Refund Inquiry]. Our team will assist you with the refund process. It usually takes 1-2 days for the card cancellation to be processed. If there are any issues, we will contact you separately.
